When we’re feeling sad, upset, depressed, or scared, there’s lots of ways for others to show support and help us not feel so alone. However, there’s also lots of phrases we tend to say that aren’t so helpful. In this episode, I have a great conversation with my sister, Emily, about her experience of anxiety and depression, how getting over the stigma around medication has helped her, and how she has found greater faith and trust in God from her mental health struggles.
